I am not sure if this will work on older nissans but updates to the navigation maps can be done for free on 2018's by using a usb drive to down load from nissan and update to the vehicle or if like me connecting the vehicle to wifi and downloading the updates directly to the vehicle. In this new nissan map update approximately 40 852 roundabouts, 786 447 street names, 45 128 one way streets and 114 159 turn restrictions have been added or amended.
